• No, and you know what, the worst thing that could happen with that boat is that it would gently drift down the freshwater side of that billabong about 30 metres to the barrage, which is probably running over the barrage, maybe it might have even stopped by now, but maybe ankle deep.

• Um, but corroborate, um, is, is the next billabong sort of inland, I suppose, and it's 40 or 50 kilometres of water, and, and that's one sort of misconception people have of, a billabong is that it might be a small little puddle that is swag, he sits beside.

• The mud crabs are running and yeah, I know some of those billabongs out in Kakadu are really starting to fire as the water drops away a little bit and the temperature stabilises into its sort of 26, 27 degree dry season temperature.

• That's when the drains and the lily pads and stuff will start to fire and those, you can get those bigger numbers of Barramundi in that billabong, as well as those really cool ones, my favourites, the Saratoga.

• And so the roads close from Bird Billabong right through to the South Alligator River, out that way, which means no one can get the Shady Camp and do any guided fishing out there either.

• I think you're really best off to be something over about 4 metres if you can, and that's um roof toppable and easy to get in and out of billabongs, but uh, you know, about the same size as most of the crocodiles.
