Kakadu National Park is an enormous, biodiverse nature reserve in Australia’s Northern Territory.
With terrain encompassing wetlands, rivers and sandstone escarpments, it’s home to some 2,000 plant species and wildlife from saltwater crocodiles and flatback turtles to birds and of course fish!
There are 3 major river systems to fish in Kakadu. The Wildman River, South Alligator River and East Alligator River.
There are also numerous beautiful freshwater billabongs associated with these rivers.
Kakadu is a fisherman’s paradise!

Kakadu National park is about a 2 hr drive East of Darwin along the Arnhem highway.
Our fishing base is located in the township of Jabiru.
The main fishing locations are within 40min drive of the township giving us great flexibility to get the best days fishing.
Jabiru has everything you might need while away on holidays so don’t panic if you forget to pack your tooh brush!

Itinerary

Day 1- travel to fishing location after airport or hotel pickup in Darwin. Settle in to lodgings.
Day 2-7 Full days of fishing 0600-1600 then back to the lodge for swim, meal, rest.
Last day, two options.
- 1: Off the water 1300, head back to Darwin.
- 2: Full day fishing, travel back to darwin the following morning.
