**Trade Lottery Promotion Terms and Conditions**

Barefoot Fishing Academy and Barefoot Fishing Safaris.

Online course promotion with four four-day fishing tour.

**1. Eligibility**  

1. This promotion is open to individuals aged 16 and older.  
2. Entrants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian available to accompany them if they win the prize, as the prize includes travel.  

**2. Promotion Period**  

1. The promotion runs from December 1, 2024, until all entries (totalling 100) are claimed or January 31, 2025, whichever occurs first.  

**3. How to Enter**  

1. Entry to the promotion is available with the purchase of one of the following Barefoot Fishing Academy (BFA) online course packages:

      - **Dabbler Package**: One free entry with the purchase of access to one BFA course.

      - **Keen As Package**: Two free entries with the purchase of access to two BFA courses.

      - **All In Package**: Three free entries with the purchase of access to three BFA courses.  

1. Each package purchased during the promotion period grants the designated number of entries.

**4. Prize**  

1. The prize is a 4-day, all-expenses-paid fishing charter in Kakadu National Park with Barefoot Fishing Safaris. This package covers meals and accommodations for the winner and one additional guest while on tour.  
2. The fishing charter is valid for two people. The winner may bring up to two additional guests (for a maximum of four passengers) by paying $1,200 per person.  
3. Alcohol is not included in the all-expenses-paid portion of the tour; however, the winners can purchase it separately in accordance with local alcohol laws.  
4. Winners must arrange and pay for their travel to and from Darwin and any required accommodation before and after the 4-day trip.  
5. The winner can forfeit the fishing charter and instead receive a cash prize of $3,000 AUD.

**5. Winner Selection**  

100. The winner will be chosen randomly using a random number generator that matches purchase numbers to a random number from 1 to 100.  
101. The winner will be notified via the email provided at entry and announced on Barefoot Fishing Safaris’ Facebook, Instagram, and website.

**6. Prize Claim**  

1. The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified. If unclaimed, the prize will be forfeited.  

**7. General Conditions**  

1. Barefoot Fishing Safaris run this promotion and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.  
2. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to the collection and storage of their information in accordance with the Privacy Policy outlined below.

1. Barefoot Fishing Safaris collects participants' information via the Barefoot Fishing Academy online course system hosted on the Kajabi platform.  

**2. Data Use**  

1. Personal information collected during the promotion is used solely for the purpose of processing entries, notifying winners, and providing access to purchased online courses.  

**3. Data Storage and Security**  

1. Participant information is securely stored on the Kajabi platform in accordance with Kajabi's privacy policy and is not shared with third parties.  

**4. Data Retention**  

1. Participant data remains in the system to facilitate future access to purchased online course materials and any other relevant BFA services.
